There was a generous helping of second coffee at teh orfice, which palpably energized my run but also kept me awake a bit later than I normally would have. Woke a bit before 9. Lazed a while before first coffee and vitamins. A serving of GrapeNuts Fit cranberry/vanilla, a scramble dog wrap, a couple swigs of smilk, and at noon I'm not hungry for the other half of my Subway smamich. Gold's is probably going to "chew" a final month's bill out of me. Apparently they can open a member account on-the-spot but somehow it takes 30 days to process an exit. I really should have expected that, and finalized exit before I joined Youfit... I guess that's a $27 learning experience. First run at Youfit wasn't remarkable, but I was feeling less-than-peak myself so it was good for what it was. A little bit of busy day yesterday - Fidelity, Youfit, the big Pubilx. Forgot Lean Pockets at the Publix, which was the main reason I went to that one in the first place. But hopefully the Pubilx over by Youfit will have a better selection than the Publix down the street anyway. Swung dumbbells a lot. Cooked up all the turkey dogs and chicken tenderloins so they can just be reheated as needed.
