Something on the hosted plan hiccupped early yesterday and crashed the whole VM - web, email, even the Plesk control panel. But not the Virtuozzo wrapper control panel, although I didn't think to check that until I'd already called hosting tech support. So a restart cured most of that, and purging qmail's queue and the historically most polluted of the email mailboxes, and re-restarting, cured the rest.

Understanding Your Natural Running Pace
"...it so happens that natural running pace corresponds closely to the running intensity associated with the maximal rate of fat burning, making this pace ideal for longer runs designed to increase fat burning capacity and raw endurance."
Running 101: How Fast Should You Run?
For me, 3.0mph is a moderate walk, 3.5-4.0 gets to be brisk, and I have to break into a jog around 4.5-4.7mph. An awkward, artificially restrained jog. Early on, I remember hitting a sweet ...

I took a look at the Youfit in Palmetto Square (right behind Tomasso's) yesterday on my way out+about. All their cardio equipment actually works... no "out of order" signs on half the treadmills, and TVs at every machine. Very tired after the short sleep Sunday into Monday, fell down before 9PM last night, missed The Rock Labyrinth, and slept pretty solidly thru the night. Must be bean and/or rice fiber upsetting my rhythm, can't blame wine, although the chili spices might arguably still be a pepper-factor. Yesterday's shoulder soreness had faded and I felt pretty stretchy, which means it's high time to get back on the 'mill this evening.
Sunday I got a decent-looking half cantaloupe and Pubilx WW so-called bagels on sal...
