Friday night into Saturday I got thoroughly fucking disgusted with all the people in my FB friendlist posting nasty statuses about how anyone who doesn't like "merry christmas" can "go home". That's exactly the kind of attitude that led Gandhi to observe, in not quite so many words, that Christianity would be a fine religion if it wasn't for all the utter twats who think their Christian identity is carte blanche to be a cocknugget to everyone who isn't.

Today I learned one of the former receptionists passed away recently. She was there a couple years, but eventually her alcohol addiction became a liability on the job. Word has it by the time she died she had more or less stopped eating, and was fueled primarily by alcohol. She was 51.
