The other day one of the peeps in my Castle Age guild posted a status update professing his alignment with Creationist doctrine - the way many ignorant sheep do, with a vague ad hominem attack on an actual scientist - in this case, Bill Nye and his Youtube vid debunking creationism. I couldn't resist noting that Creationism is a fringe doctrine that ironically only gained traction in the time since Darwin. The creationist under discussion mumbled something circular about the Bible and pointed to Ben Stein ...

CA: Scored the last Lava Flask to complete a Lava Inferno Friday, finishing my predation on giants and starting the last leg of my Divine Power gear project: Azeron. Seems Azeron's loot-dropping is patterned like Magmos's, in that I get 3 epics for around 25M damage but only one of them is the alchemy bit I need 18 of. Magmos was less painful because I only needed 11 lava flasks, and at least I got 2 on one early kill. If Azeron continues to be stingy I'll be at this for a ...

Combined half the chickpeas with the whole half-bag cooked-and-cooled fusilli in a 6-cup plastic food storage box, and popped that in the fridge to keep overnight. This morning I slopped on a generous teaspoon (or two?) of Classico basil pesto, and maybe a quarter jar of spicy re...
