Keeping my fingers crossed that the double Ch13 payment last month gives me a month's wiggle room. I made a payment for this month anyway but just on principle. I exchanged vague and unmanageable worries for concrete and manageable ones, but worries nonetheless. breakfast: scramble dog wrap with pepper jack instead of cheddar. Be still my heart! lunch: Date with April to sample a Nick's sub. Good thing I brought antacids, sausage parm may not be the healthiest choice. A sandwich wasn't enough for... (...more)

Getting down to the point where I can actually see my hips. And my arms, shoulders and chest never looked like this before. I broke the old blender on great northern bean paste on SAT 7/27. Evidently 26 days exceeded the fridge life of that mix; it did not pass the sniff test. Not terribly far gone, but def' gone nonetheless. Two weeks is probably a safe max fridge life. I was going to make a scramble dog wrap for breakfast, but I was out of wraps. Also need to resupply frz spinach and broccoli. I had almost exactly 1 cup of Iberia brown rice to get rid of, which was 45 minutes of cooking. That mixed up with some canned salm... (...more)
