I went to bed a bit late again (~1:45AM), for the same reason as last Saturday night: CA guild battle. Woke at 6:55AM for no discernable reason unless maybe the A/C cycling; rolled over and went back to sleep until the alarm at 8AM. That was good timing to internet a little before getting ready for church. I even swung dumbbells around some, and did a set of squats. I had catnapped a couple times briefly during the day yesterday, and ate pretty darn healthy. As we shall see, I was not dragging ass as the d...

Transcribing handwritten journal pages from the New Year 2002 sojourn. I scanned them months ago to make transcription easier. It was only 10 pages handwritten, which if I buckled down could be done in one night. But it's boring.

This was the last step to truly making jQuery's AJAX facility completely my bitch, and it boiled down to a basic JavaScript syntax review.
My hurdle was, as soon as you say som...

DOMA and California's Prop 8: struck down. Great day for same-sex couples.
Ironed out the last of the web-hosting hardware migration fallout, got to do something fairly easy that made peoples' work easier in Access 2000, and getting back on track after struggling so long with the jQuery intranet app.
Yesterday I was uncommonly chipper. I think 3 things came together: high atmospheric pressure, a good night's rest, diet and exercise. I also skipped my usual glass of wine the night before. I don't thin...
