3x cybex circuit targeting higher weights, and 3.3mi / ~43m pushing endurance. Some combination of low atmospheric pressure and going late in the day palpably hampered my performance. Probably didn't help that I worked out hard just yesterday too. leg curl: 12x 90# squat press: 16x 230-250#. A little easier than leg press. overhead press: 6-8?x 70#. E.g., hampered performance. arm curl: 8-10x 50#. Really feeling stuck there. ab crunch: 14-16x 110#. Moving up to next weight level here soon, yay~ arm... (...more)

But apparently I never got around to establishing web access. I have a couple scraps of literature, but not the "welcome kit" nor anything that shows my actual account numbers. I dug through my storag... (...more)

Exercised my heart out, subtracting the midday cup from my 2-cups-a-day coffee habit, got to bed earlyish but not crazy early - 10:30 or so - and woke 1:30AM. Now it's 6:15. fml

"Redplum" is the bulk mail "coupon book" channel brand of Valassis, a NYSE-traded marketing company. It appears that through their dealings with the US Postal Service, they get every new PO box automatically subscribed to the Redplum dead tree delivery service. Their service model is "opt out", not "opt in". I can sort of see seizing on every new residential address service start, but PO boxes? What a waste. To their credit, they do provide an online opt-out model. To their discredit, they give themselv... (...more)
