protein bar 18g / 250 cal
When I recorded / worked over my fixup VBA macro 03-11 to adapt to the new data drop format, apparently Office365 chose language features that didn't exist in pre-365 Office apps. Falling back to the pre-365 language elements wasn't rocket science, but I think it was bad practice for the code recorder to choose new language elements when the old ones worked as intended in their niche.

DIY cocoa experiment 1: a little over a half scoop of whey powder, 1 tsp cocoa powder.
- Hard to mix into hot-ish water. Next time try mixing small batches of water into the powder.

vitamins + PB on toasted ciabatta: (8g / 180 cal) + (8g / 240 cal) = 16g / 420 cal :: .0381 p.idx, "D" grade
- not great, but peanut lipids support vitamin uptake and my diet affords calorie buffer.
