212.6 (?) DIY cocoa experiment 1: a little over a half scoop of whey powder, 1 tsp cocoa powder. - Hard to mix into hot-ish water. Next time try mixing small batches of water into the powder. caf; 24 oz tea iced vitamins + PB on toasted ciabatta: (8g / 180 cal) + (8g / 240 cal) = 16g / 420 cal :: .0381 p.idx, "D" grade - not great, but peanut lipids support vitamin uptake and my diet affords calorie buffer. stmts - finish red group, aim to review all orange group forecast-y stuff ...
