The extended data on the CD says this was burned 2004-12-31, but my strongest memory is that it was in the CD player while I taxied some party peoples to Chad's university rooftop for fireworks viewing, Independence Day 2005. The themes were contrasting male and female vocals, and mostly cover tunes.

Slept like an exceedingly sleepy thing - landlord woke me knocking to collect rent ~10:30. Coffee, vitamins, Wendy's dbl-stack and lg chili combo for breakfast, festival guild battle.
Been gearing toward rogue evade achievement in festi, and the newly introduced "conquest report" element is a drain on guild coins, so I've been trying to hit guild battles more. In retrospect I've probably been horrified at Dunkin's muffin calorie content before yesterday. More things I may or may not have known, or specifically calculated against Dunkin before:

LP trky-bcn-chz with my morning coffee and vitamins. By midmorning I was having an unusal hankering for something sweet, so I went with a Dunkin's blueberry muffin. I wasn't expecting a nutritional powerhouse... but... 460 kcal? Why does a muffin have to have that many calories?
Not the first time I've said "gee, I should hack a healthy blueberry muffin recipe"... except lacking a conventional oven really puts a brake on that project. Whole-grain flour, egg, milk or smilk, maybe a pinch of baking powder...

Gotta stop thinking I can start chili in the evening, and have it be done and cool enough for the fridge by a reasonable bedtime. Especially when the turkey is frozen. I didn't have as much bean stew leftovers as I thought, so it's a little light on beans.
Breakfast: LP trky+bcn+chz. I have to keep reminding myself that this is only about 25 cents more than the old burrito trio standard, yet much more protein-efficient (index .0500 vs .0342).
